Hi Shadrack

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time on our 3-day safari.  Have been telling all our friends what a great company Glorious Safaris is.    Shauri & Sammy were so helpful, pointing out the animals.  Both of us have poor eyesight so they made it possible for us to see more than we'd hoped for (the cheetah was a big plus).

Thank you for all your help.

Could you tell me the name of the two lodges where we stayed?  I think one of them was Voi Wildlife Lodge but maybe I'm confusing it with someplace else.

Best wishes

Tilly Lavenas & Guy Ottewell

Hi Shadrack,

We had a wonderful time on safari with Shauri! We saw many of the animals we wanted to see and had a great adventure. The hotels and food was great too. Shauri was an amazing guide and made the trip as great as possible. His friendliness, understanding, and hospitality was fantastic. Please forward our praises on to him.

We will consider another vacation with a safari from you with Shauri in the future.

Thank you,

Dear Shadrack

I hope this email finds you well.  My apologies for not writing sooner.  I thought it was important for me to leave you feedback relating to our recent 4 day safari.  Firstly may I say it was a pleasure to meet you.

In the UK we are too quick at criticising and being negative and when praise is due we fail to give it, which is why I’m emailing you today.  I felt the safari from booking stage to being picked up in the morning was extremely professional; this will only serve you well for the future.  As for our driver Evans he was a wonderful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable guide.  He made our 4 days feel very special and we felt very privileged to have him as our guide.  Evans is certainly a credit to your company.  While you continue to have employees like Evans and continue to treat customers like you did us your business will grow from strength to strength.  In light of this excellent service I would not hesitate to recommend Glorious Safaris to friends and family.  It makes a refreshing change to deal with a company that’s so helpful and customer orientated.

May I wish Evans all the luck in the future, good luck with the studying and also good luck to Glorious for the up and coming years.

We hope to book with you again soon.

 Kindest Regards

 Eva and Gareth Stone

Brian and I are checking with the airlines already trying to see when we can return to Kenya next year.  We'd love to speak with you and wonder when would be a good time to call you and speak with you by phone.Safari Trio

In the meantime, here's a photo is us with Patrick and your jeep...

And, we forgot to confirm that we DID see 2 wildebeest crossings, on 2 consecutive days !!!!  It was more than fabulous, and we credit Patrick for having the knowledge and patience to make this happen for us.   We were thrilled.

Shadrack / Nicky,

Now we are back home, we would like to thank you very much for our Safari, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We saw a good number of animals and birds, and the only big five one we didn't see was a Rhino, maybe next time, although it would be in a couple of years.

Evans was really good, and excellent guide, please pass our thanks on to him once again.

We will happily recommend your services to any of our friends or acquaintances if they are considering a safari holiday.

 Once agian, many thanks,

Jambo Shadrack

It was lovely to meet with you to finalise our recent safari to the Masai Mara.

We are now back home in the UK and just wanted to say a big thank you for arranging the trip to celebrate our Silver Wedding.  Although I was a little anxious about things with it being our first trip to Kenya all went according to plan and we had the most fantastic time on safari.  The Mara Explorer Camp was amazing and we were allocated Tent No 4 which was our first choice (thanks again for arranging that for us).  The experience was truly wonderful - the tent, the location, the food, the service and of course the game drives and balloon ride.  We had a superb driver / guide (Paul) who was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with.  We were amazed at the number of animals we saw and also how close we were to them.  We were even lucky enough to see the Black Rhino which I didn't expect at all as I know the numbers are low in the Mara.  We loved it so much we didn't want to return to our beach hotel in Diani.  We are now re-living our dream trip through our hundreds of photos and video and am sure the wonderful memories will stay with us forever.

Once again thanks for taking care of all the arrangements and making our dream trip a reality.

Nikky/Tommy,

We have recently returned from our trip to Kenya which was booked through Glorious.

You may or may not recall that my son, Ben, and I met you at The Barmy Arms in May this year and discussed a safari over a “jar”?

This note is just to say thanks for the inside information you gave us that morning and we all had a great time in Nakuru and the Masai Mara. Doing a safari is not a restful holiday, up early in the morning, shaken around in a landcruiser and roared at by lions, but that’s all part of the fun and you knew that anyway!

Thanks again to you both, and please give our best wishes to Shadrack and “our” driver Charles, see you in the pub!!

 Regards,

 Geoff

May I take this opportunity to thankyou and your team for organising a wonderful trip to the Masai Mara. From the very first email we exchanged through to our return from the safari your company and staff were nothing short of exemplary. We had a fantastic time and have brought back to the UK some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. You have my email address and please do not hesitate to pass it onto anyone who wishes to ask me anything regarding our trip. Great to meet you and when we make our next visit to Kenya ( which we certainly will be doing ) rest assured you will be the first and only Company we contact for our safari needs.

Thanks again and look forward to meeting up in the future.

Good afternoon Shadrack,
We hope you are keeping well.  We are back  in England now, our wonderful adventure is over and we are so sad.  kenya was a fantastic experience we will never forget and we just hope we can come back soon !
Thank you so very much for arranging our wonderful safari it was fantastic all we imagined and more.  Evans was a delightful person and we are so grateful to him for his kindness and expertise.  We shall be writing a glowing review for trip advisor to go with all the others and will mention you and Evans so everyone knows what wonderful trustworthy knowledgeable people you are.
We spent two wonderful days in the Lioness Cubs childrens home in Kikambala and this was a wonderful experience for us also, we went shopping for them to the supermarket and the market in Mwapa to get as much food as we could under the instruction of a local lady and bought them some toys, books, pencils and sweets from england !  If you ever have anyone who wants to visit a local home and you dont know of one perhaps you could suggest this one ? it isnt too far by taxi.

There is no rush but could you possibly give me an idea of prices for a safari to Masai mara for next summer, we are not sure if we will be able to come over but if we could get an idea of cost this will help us decide.  We would be coming at the same time of year so early august ? possibly 2 nights on safari ?

I think we will try to stay in North Mombassa again, as we want to be near the childrens home and dont know how long it would take to travel from South Mombassa to Kikambala !

Once again, thank you Shadrack and we wish you continuing success and happiness,

Dianne, gary and Shona

Good Morning Shadrack

My first day back in work since holiday.

We would like to take some time out to thank you  (and in particular Patrick) for four wonderful days on Safari.

I must admit I had a few worries that everything wouldn’t go to plan , but I have to say these were soon forgotten and far exceeded any expectations I had.

Patrick is a real asset to your company , from day one he put us at ease. He was always polite and at every opportunity asked us what we wanted. His knowledge is amazing, not only about animals but also of culture and other things such as Kenyan politics!

Thanks you also for obtaining two suites at the Kilaguni lodge at no extra cost…they were amazing!

You gave me a mobile phone to call you should we have any problems..needless to say I didn’t even switch it on , I think that says it all.

I promise when I get a chance I will write a review for your company on Tripadvisor …and it definitely be a 5* one!

I have no hesitations in recommending your company to anyone who is wanting to go on safari and promise ,we will be back and using Glorious safaris again.

Kind regards

Andy , Cath , Debby and Mark

Hi shadrack

Sorry I haven't contacted you earlier regarding our safari but we only returned from our holiday on wednesday and have had lots to catch up on.

I would like to begin by saying how much we enjoyed our safari. This was our first time in kenya and we were amazed at the beauty and landscape of your country.

Secondly, our guide was excellent! Even before the actual safari began, he provided us with interesting information about the country, its customs and its people. He was also very friendly and did his utmost to make sure we saw everything there was to see.

We feel we have received excellent service since first contacting you and would be more than happy to recommend you to anyone looking for a great safari expierience and will be putting an excellent review on trip advisor.

Thank you for making the highlight of our honeymoon.

Hi Shadrack,

We have arrived home safe & sound after the most wonderful 3 weeks away.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for our wonderful safari.  It could not have gone better.  We were thrilled with the whole thing and your professionalism and dedication to making our trip as special as possible, was very much appreciated.  Patrick could not have been more wonderful.  All of us missed him when we had to say goodbye and wished we had had him for longer than we did.  He went above and beyond to give us the best experience he could and we will always remember him for this.  Even our little hiccup with the car did not take anything away from our trip as we got to meet some lovely local people and enjoy a unique experience with them, that we would not otherwise have experienced and yours and Patricks efforts to get us on the road again in difficult circumstances was a credit to you both.  Dick was also very lovely and showed us a great time and everything went very smoothly on the Tanzanian part of the safari.

We all fell in love with Kenya the most though and can't wait to come back again one day and see more of the parks there.  Patrick convinced us that Tsavo East & West were definitely worth seeing, so, they are now on our list.  And Mombasa of course, so, still lots to see there.  And we wouldn't think of using any other company than Glorious Safaris.  I am promoting your company to everyone I speak to.  If you have more business cards you could send me, I would be happy to hand them out to anyone interested.  I have already given away 3 of the 4 you gave me.

I also wanted to ask how old yours and Patricks children are.  If it is OK with you, we would like to just send them a small gift as a token of our appreciation to you and Patrick for giving us the experience of a lifetime.

Our address if you would like to send me those business cards is:

 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  Australia

Thank you once again and God Bless

Kathy, Craig, Becky & Adam Robinson
