 We just wanted to thank you for organising us such a great trip – we had an amazing time!  Evans and Amani, our drivers, could not have been better.  They were great fun and very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble.  Accommodations were all excellent, although we had a slight issue at Lions Bluff as they told us they were expecting 7, not 9 of us, and were wanted to put our single traveller in a triple room with one of the families which didn’t work out.  But we were the only guests there and they gave us 5 rooms in the end so that was all good.

 Thank you again, we would love to return to Kenya one day and will certainly be in touch if we do.  Meanwhile we will be recommending you to all our friends that have been inspired by our amazing photo’s!

Hello Shadrack,

  Hope you are doing well. We are back now in England wishing we had stayed for a month in Kenya.   Just wanted to thank you for your services and give my gratitude to Evans who is a very nice guy and driver. 

We were thrilled to be back in Tsavo and see Lumo for the first time. I absolutely loved Epiya Chapeyu camp. Such tranquility and beauty is not often found. I imagine it might be a bit busier during high season, but what a gorgeous setting. The staff and the food - AMAZING. I slept like a baby.  I asked for brochures to bring back, but they were out and they asked me to tell you that the best way to get their brochures is to contact their office in Nairobi and they will mail them out to you in Mombasa or Malindi.

 Lions' Bluff was very pretty too and I loved the rooms and the views one sees from all over the property. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A very nice experience. The conservancy is such a jewel.

 Evans mentioned that you thought the Cheetah thing that my friend run was for tourist to come and see captive cheetah. My friend studies wild cheetah and does not keep any cheetah with her. Her project is very important for conservation and for education in the area specially in relation to Human-Wildlife conflict.  Unfortunately, Kenya does not have a project where injured or orphaned cats can be taken in and later re-introduced to the wild. If found and taken, they all end up in the hands of KWS and in the orphanage in Nairobi with no chance of ever going back to the wild. We all hope that in the near future KWS makes an effort to open such centre were all animals get a chance at going back to the wild. At the moment DSWT is the only one that deals with that as you know and specializes in elephants and rhino. 

Please thank Evans for coming back to Mnarani to return my husband's clothing. That was very kind of him.

I'm just sending a quick email to thank you both so much for a fantastic safari experience. We had the perfect holiday and the best adventure I could imagine. Gilbert was the best guide we could have had and we cannot thank him enough for making our safari so wonderful. My arthritis was non existent in the climate too so even though we were in the jeep on rough terrain, I had no pain at all (clearly I need to move to a warmer climate!)

I have already recommended your company to other colleagues at work who want to plan a safari as I have told them no words or pictures can explain the safari better than experiencing it for themselves.

If you can ask Gilbert if he minds us having his address as we'd love to keep in touch with him and have promised to send him some photos.

Thank you all again, Sean and I will never forget this holiday and have you to thank for the best birthday present I could have asked for.

When we do book another holiday to,Kenya, we will definitely be in touch again. Thank you so much

Just got back to Uk. having done safari with your company.
 
May I say it was great, and Robina our guide was amazing .We had a wobbly
start with the puncture , so she must have been a little concerned but made us feel
very welcome and at ease.
 
The second puncture was unfortunate, but again she looked after us,
and it made our time even more exciting. James my son in law was very impressed
when she got out with her panga to ward off any animals that might have turned up.
 
The lodges you recommended were fantastic and we were fortunate enough to see
 everything except the illusive Rhino.
 
As I say Robina was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure we saw everything. 
Please give her our thanks.  And I whish all the success, you deserve it.

I am writing to express my thanks for the safari that we went on with yourselves on the 15th Aug.Firstly I want to personally thank you Shadrack for recommending the two lodges, Ashnil Aruba was excellent but Kilungai was far beyond my expectations and was truly top class.The safari itself was very special I did not expect to see as much as we did we have very many special pictures and close up videos to watch for many years.Lastly the driver you sent Rowbeena (hope I`ve spelt it right) I have to be completely honest I was a little disappointed when your representative met me at the hotel to tell us it woud not be Evan as you said before but Rowbeena however these fears instantly disappeared upon meeting her at pick up.I found ALL of the kenyan people to have such a warm and joy about them that was infectious but Rowbeena was something else, she was kind,funny,professional and has a huge heart caring about every aspect of our experience myself,wife and two children all loved her, never once did we feel threatened she was always in control especially when an elephant got very close an protective of its family when we rounded a corner and it was right there no where for us to go !.I also noticed how everyone else treated her the other drivers park officials etc they too had a tremendous amount of respect for her,she is truly amazing and absolutely nothing was too much trouble ever , her driving too was perfect and I think had we not had her it may not have have been so special, she obviously has a great deal of experience ,please pass on myself and my families greatest thanks and love to Rowbeena as upon drop off we were all very tired any I don`t think we all expressed our gratitude and appreciation of her properly, she is without a doubt a fantastic asset to your company, I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone and everyone I hope to come back soon and if we do we will definitely be in touch !

Please pass all of this onto Rowbeena so she like you knows how special this experience has been for my family it will no doubt stay with us for the rest of our lives!
