Dear Shadrack

 Habari?

We apologise for the delay in writing this but life has been rather hectic since we got back.

Firstly we must thank for your excellent service once again in arranging our ‘custom’ safari for us and can only endorse how special it makes the trip to have the bus to ourselves.

To any others reading this it may sound selfish but it is fantastic to plan your drives when and for how long and to have one on one with your driver / guide without having to consider others.

This was endorsed whilst visiting Aruba when we sat and waited some 1 ½ hours watching a female cheater stalking some gazelles to eventually witness the whole chase. A fantastic experience and no she did not get to eat that time.

Our driver or should we say our tracker / guide, Patrick was always willing and ready for anything we requested and he was there waiting with a spotless bus, cold water and a big grin ready for the day.

This was our second time with Patrick and we considered him good last time at finding the animals but this time, well, he just excelled tracking paw/ hoof/ foot prints until we found the respective animal which ranged from dung beetles to lions with cubs. Thank you once again Patrick.

Again for any others that may read this, this was our third time to Kenya and we have completed a full tour with one of the major companies, which was excellent but due to our limited time the last two visits we have chosen to return to our favourite lodge near Tsavo east, Ngutuni Lodge.

For those looking for a relatively short safari we highly recommend this place with its private reserve of some 10000 acres, its chilled laid back atmosphere fantastic views and the fact that each time we have visited this place we have seen three of the ‘big five’ within the first two hours!

So once again thank you and we cannot wait to get back, Kenya and safari become addictive.

A brief message to pass to Patrick if you would be so kind.

We promised some copies of our photos and we have not forgot but we have mislaid your address, if it is ok with Shadrack we will post to the office address, please let us know.

 We until next time

Asanti sana

Dear Shadrack, I am writing to thank you for the first class service you provided us with on 6th  & 7th August. We all had a fabulous safari and wish we had booked for a longer duration. The Ashnil Aruba Lodge was terrific, as were the staff. I will be recommending Glorious safaris to everyone I know who is travelling to Kenya. Once again I would like to thank you and your staff for providing us with memories to last a lifetime.

Yours gratefully     Tina Davies & families

Hello again Shadrack

We had such a wonderful time on our safari with you in July that we have decided that we would like to return to your amazing country again next year. If it is too soon to ask questions about next year I apologise but we were wondering if it was possible to go to the Masai Mara. We plan to stay at the Voyager Beach again at the same time next year and would value your opinion. If it is too early to give us an estimate of cost we would be happy to wait.

I really hope that you have lots of bookings to keep you busy this year and look forward to your reply.

Kindest regards

Joan Patterson

Hi Shadrack

Hope you are well, We must write and say what a great time we had at Governors, all your organisation truly paid off, we witnessed exactly what we went for, the migration, and with our guide Maanie, we seen everything, even though at one point he was very patient for 3 and a half hours we waited by the river to witness a crossing and a kill by the very large nile crocs, as well as going a a long hunt for leopard, which his tenacity paid off, and to witness the female lions teach the young how to kill a warthog, this was all fantastic, as a second time safari goer (the first being the serengeti) we can say with experience that this was a very well organised and good value trip

Maanie could not do enough for us turning a 3 hour drive into 8 hours just so we got everything we wanted.

I will report on trip adviser the excellent service you provided and strongly recommend people use a local company such as glorious safaris as opposed to booking directly with their agents, far cheaper and much more attentive and reliable with the ability to do the trips when you want to rather than when they want you to

Please find attached a few photos to put on your website

Again many thanks from both my wife and I for a truly great time

Hello

We have been back from holiday for a week and I just wanted to write and thank you for a wonderful 3 day/2 night Tsavo East & West Safari with Anderson.

It was truly the highlight of our Kenyan experience and we have written a rather long review on tripadvisor to recommend your company. The booking, payment and meeting were all dealt with in an extremely efficient manner and we were in no doubt that Anderson would quickly deal with any occurance. The fan belt problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved so that we missed no part of the safari and Anderson always consulted and advised us regarding meeting times etc and was keen to get us in the best position to view the animals, which he spotted and was so knowledgeable about. The treatment we received regarding our gluten free diet was the best we have experienced anywhere.

I really hope to return to Kenya in a few years time for a different safari and I will certainly look to book with you again. My daughters would also like to thank you for the kind gift of the bookmarks they were given at the office on our return.

Many thanks for all your help and I wish you all the best for the future.

Kind regards

Jo McDonald & family

Hi Shadrack

We have just arrived home in the UK and wanted to thank you for the fantastic safari we experienced from 23 - 25 July to Tsavo East and West.  Everything was excellent and as you and Nikky described it.  Patrick was exceptional, we felt very safe in his company, his driving was impeccable and his knowledge of Kenya and the animals was second to none.  He tried tirelessly to find all the big 5 for us although sadly we didnt spot the Rhino or Leopard.  We saw so many beautiful animals and the scenary was out of this world.  The lodges were fantastic and Kilaguni was exceptional.

Please pass on our sincere thanks to Patrick - he is an amazing guide and a lovely person and it was a pleasure to spend time in his company.  You yourself run a very professional safari company and I will not hesitate to recommend you to other tourists.  I am more than happy for you to use any of my comments on your website and will be posting a review on tripadvisor.

Asante sana for everything - we will return to Kenya in a couple of years and next time would love to do a fly safari to the Masai Mara.  We will be in touch nearer the time to arrange with you.

 Kind regards

Vicki, Ian and Bethany Spencer, Richard Windsor  xx

Dear Shadrack

Just a quick email to thank you, Glorious Safaris and Patrick our driver for the most wonderful safari that we could ever have imagined.  We were pleased to meet you as arranged and very impressed with the way you dealt with our questions and queries.

Patrick did everything in his power to make our safari memorable and was unfailingly kind, considerate and hard working making sure that we got to see as many animals as possible.  We saw a leopard within half an hour of entering the park and this was just the beginning.......... finishing with wildebeast (apparently never seen in Tsavo west) as we left Severin camp on the last day.

Thank you once again for a marvellous, never to be forgotten, three days.

When we return to Kenya, Glorious Safaris will be our first choice.

Kind regards to yourself and also to Patrick.
